How Do I Place An Order?
Click on an order link to go to our secure server to set up your account. Answer an online questionnaire with relevant information regarding your medical condition. After you have completed the questionnaire, a confirmation page will appear for you to check your answers for accuracy. Then you may submit your order for processing.
What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
Your order is reviewed by a U.S. licensed physician who will approve or decline your request. On approval the physician will write and send your prescription to the pharmacy, to be filled and shipped via USPS. Each prescription includes directions on usage, dosage, and any precautionary information. Contact information for the pharmacy will be included should you have questions after receiving your prescription. After your prescription is shipped, Health Solutions Network will e-mail you with your prescriptions individual tracking number. With this tracking number you can follow the process in real-time by logging into the help desk.
What Are Your Privacy & Security Policies?
Health Solutions Network is committed to patient privacy and security. All information provided is legally protected under the doctor-patient privilege laws. The latest of secure encryption technology is used by our on-line ordering system. The highest level of security precautions are taken with all personal and credit card information submitted. We have safeguards in our system to protect against credit card fraud. Suspected fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.
How Does An Online Consultation Work?

Is This Legal?

Any site offering these medications for sale online without requiring proof of an existing prescription is doing so illegally. The medications are supplied by pharmaceutical wholesalers who also supply your neighborhood pharmacy.
What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
Health Solutions Network offers a limited number of medications that can be dispensed without a medical examination, instead using an online consultation. A thorough review of your medical history from an online consultation is sufficient for the medications we offer. What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
All orders are shipped within one business day of the pharmacy receiving and filling your prescription. Your order will be shipped via USPS. When the pharmacy ships your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. We regret at this time there is no shipping to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by calling 1-888-738-3822.
Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. However, we do offer a Saturday delivery option.
Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
Federal law prohibits any prescription drugs from being returned or exchanged. However, if you return an unopened USPS package to our pharmacy we will refund your money at 50% your total order. We cannot refund any opened packages. For more information, please Contact Us.
